Dealing with spine conditions and back pain is something that can affect almost every area of daily life. After all, the spine is largely responsible for much of how the body moves and how it feels. Upper back pain often causes associated pain in the neck, shoulders, arms and fingers and lower back pain can create pain in the buttocks, legs and feet.
Back pain occurs because of many different factors. Sometimes back pain is simply the result of a pulled muscle and resolves quickly. Other times, however, back pain is a serious condition caused by an injury or a physical change within the spine, such as a herniated disc.
