Dr. Jacob Reinkraut
Dr. Reinkraut brings to the MALO Health & Wellness his extensive knowledge in the fields of podiatric medicine and surgery, sports medicine and reconstructive surgery. He completed his undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College with a bachelor’s degree in biology, and went on to receive his doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in podiatric medicine and surgery. Dr. Reinkraut has served as the chief resident at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, NJ and has been working at Complete Foot and Ankle in Ridgewood, NJ and has been an active physician at Valley Hospital since 2009. He also volunteers his time at St. Michael’s Medical Center where he teaches resident physicians while helping the Newark Community. Dr. Reinkraut is on the executive board of the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society and is board qualified in foot surgery and reconstructive rear foot/ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. Reinkraut’s broad medical and surgical training make him an expert in the latest techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle disorders. He has written articles and been an invited lecturer on numerous topics in podiatric medicine at various institutions. In addition to general podiatry, Dr. Reinkraut has special interest and expertise in sports medicine, reconstructive surgery, wound care, pediatric foot conditions and diabetic foot care.
Dr. Suneel K. Basra
Dr. Basra is experienced in all areas of foot and ankle care including reconstructive surgery, sports injuries, trauma, diabetic wound care and limb salvage, as well as pediatric conditions such as flatfeet and orthotic intervention. He has special interest in sports injuries of the lower extremity.
As an associate of the American College of Foot Surgeons, Dr. Basra is board qualified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rear foot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society. Dr. Basra is an active physician at Hackensack University Medical Center and St. Mary’s Hospital.
Dr. Basra completed his undergraduate studies at New York University and went on to receive his doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at the renowned New York Methodist Hospital, where he served as chief resident and was part of a surgical mission group sent to South America to perform surgeries to correct ailments such as clubfoot, flatfoot and cerebral palsy.
